I used ACE Locksmith earlier this evening as my elderly Nan lost her front door key, they were over within 20 minutes and had the lock changed in no time at all! So efficient and so much more cost effective that others I rang prior, who didn’t have any availability. Just wanted to say that I was so impressed with the service that Patrick and Jacqui provided. Patrick came out within an hour of me leaving a message. He was thoughtful worked hard to remove the key stuck in our patio door. Although he didn’t have the correct replacement with him, he fitted a temp lock to ensure that we were secure. The replacement was ordered quickly and he came back to fit the lock 2 days later which took all of about 5min! Overall great service and would definitely recommend ACE.

Following a break-in, I felt insecure and contacted Patrick of ACE for some safety advice. Patrick explained the best options and within 24 hours had supplied and fitted sash jammers, not only on the requested windows but throughout the downstairs (at no extra cost) to ensure the property was secure. Patrick also offered some comforting advice about security generally which was welcome. His work was tidy, of good quality and with the minimum of fuss.
